Bug Fix 🐞 Booking Details
Fixed the issue where payment log did not load data
  • Current situation: The payment log in Booking Details was failing to load data, preventing users from viewing payment history for a booking.
  • Solution: Fixed the issue so that the payment log now loads and displays data correctly in Booking Details.
Bug Fix 🐞 BE-OTA API
Fixed an issue where the Unsettled Booking email was sent while the booking was in the "Confirmed" status
  • Current situation: When a booking is created with "Confirmed" status via the createBooking API, the allotment is rolled back after 30 minutes while the booking remains confirmed. This causes incorrect allotment counts and triggers an Unsettled Booking email that doesn't match the booking's actual status.
  • Solution: Fixed the allotment rollback logic to correctly align with the booking status, ensuring the allotment is accurately maintained and the Unsettled Booking email will not be sent in this case.
Improvement ⚡ Payment Instruction
Added payment instruction for bookings from Hotelbeds and Traveloka
  • Current situation: Payment instructions were not available for bookings from HotelBeds and Traveloka, leaving hotels without clear guidance on how to handle payments from these channels.
  • Solution: Added payment instruction enhancement feature for bookings from HotelBeds and Traveloka. To know how Payment Instruction works, read this article.
Improvement ⚡ Booking Confirmation Email
Updated due date when check-in date changes
  • Current situation: The due date was fixed and remained unchanged even when the check-in date was updated.
  • Solution: When the check-in date changes, the due date will now reflect accordingly based on the current Balance Due setting and the new check-in date.
