  • 🐞 Klook: Fixed an issue where reservations from Klook show incorrect room quantity on Hotel Link system

Bug Fix 🐞 Klook
Fixed an issue where reservations from Klook show incorrect room quantity
  • Current situation: Reservations coming from Klook were displaying an incorrect room quantity on the Hotel Link system, which could cause mismatch in availability between the 2 systems.
  • Solution: We've fixed the issue so that number of booked rooms for Klook reservations are now correctly reflected on the Hotel Link system.
Bug Fix 🐞 Expedia
Fixed the issue where Expedia bookings are not displaying commission information
  • Current situation: Bookings received from Expedia were not showing commission information in the Booking Details, making it difficult for hotels to track and verify commission data.
  • Solution: Fixed the issue so that commission information for Expedia bookings is now correctly displayed in the Booking Details.
Improvement ⚡ Klook
Set default cardholder name to "CARDHOLDER NAME" for bookings when Klook doesn't provide cardholder name
  • Current situation: Klook does not send the cardholder name to Hotel Link. As a result, the cardholder name field is left empty, which may cause payment processing to fail.
  • Solution: When a booking comes from Klook and no cardholder name is provided, the system will now display the cardholder name as "CARDHOLDER NAME" to ensure payment can be processed successfully.
