Hotels in Vietnam can now show or hide confirmation sentence in guest invoice. This helps prevent chargebacks and keep both the hotel and guest protected.

• Current situation: In the booking voucher attached to the guest email, the room type and number of guests are currently displayed together in one line without proper formatting, making it less clear for recipients.
• Solution: We've improved this by showing the number of guests in parentheses right after the room type to make it clearer.

• Current situation: Currently, the Website Development form still contains a Skype field which is no longer in use, as Skype is no longer an active social media platform globally.
• Solution: We've replaced the Skype field with a TikTok field (optional) to align with current social media platforms and ensure the form remains up to date and relevant.

• Current situation: The Payment Request email sent to guests shows the full price breakdown (room price, total amount, tax, fee, surcharge) along with the requested payment amount. This can confuse guests who booked through an agency, as the prices shown may differ from what they already paid to the agency.
• Solution: We've added a new configuration, allowing you to show or hide the full price breakdown in the Payment Request email to prevent confusion and provide clearer communication to guests.
