Bug Fix 🐞 Website
Unable to Open HTML Editor Window
  • Current situation: When opening the HTML editor window, the whole page displayed only a white overlay instead of opening the HTML Source Editor popup.
  • Solution: We've fixed this bug. Users can now open and type in the HTML editor window as expected.
Bug Fix 🐞 Booking Details
Payment Date Calendar Picker Could Not Be Selected in Edit Payment
  • Current situation: When users opened Edit Payment and clicked the Payment Date field, the calendar picker could not be selected.
  • Solution: We've fixed this issue so the Payment Date calendar picker can now be selected correctly in Edit Payment.
Improvement ⚡ Booking Engine
Hidden payment convenience fee when surcharge is 0
  • Current situation: When the hotel configures the payment surcharge as 0, the Payment Convenience Fee is still displayed with an amount of 0. This may confuse guests, as there is no actual surcharge applied.
  • Solution: We've updated this so the Payment Convenience Fee is now hidden when the configured surcharge is 0. The fee will no longer be displayed on the Checkout page and Booking Summary in this case.
Improvement ⚡ Booking Widget
Improved Interaction for the "Select Rooms" Field
  • Current situation: The "Select Rooms" field was not noticeable or intuitive enough for users to interact with.
  • Solution: We've improved this by adding a rotating border on the "Select Rooms" field when hovered, making it more noticeable and intuitive for users.
Improvement ⚡ Booking Widget & Website
Added Configuration for Result Tabs Color
  • Current situation: Many hotels have different brand colors, so they have requested a configuration that allows them to customize the color of the search result tabs and the Best Offer for You tab to better match their branding.
  • Solution: We've added a configuration for Result Tabs Color, allowing hotels to customize the color of the search result tabs, including the Best Offer for You tab, to better match their branding.
Improvement ⚡ Payment Method
Added Booking Confirmation Flow Setting for Bank Transfer and QR Code
  • Current situation: All bookings made via Bank Transfer or QR Code are automatically confirmed. However, sometimes travellers have not actually paid yet, which can lead to bookings being confirmed without payment.
  • Solution: We've added a new configuration setting called "Booking Confirmation Flow" in the Bank Transfer and QR Code payment methods, allowing hoteliers to control how bookings are confirmed after payment. This setting has two options:
    • Auto-Confirm (Default): When a booking is successfully placed and paid, the booking status is automatically set to Confirmed. No manual action is required from the hotelier.
    • Manual Confirmation Required: The hotelier has 30 minutes to manually change the booking status to Confirmed.
