Instead of embedding separate booking widgets for each property's website, hotels within the same group can be shown together, allowing guests to easily search and book across different locations or properties.

This widget is especially useful for hotel chains that want to provide a unified booking experience on their website.

Requirements before activation

Before activating the hotel group Booking Widget, make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The hotel group Booking Widget setup is only available for the properties using Booking Widget.

  • Each property's booking widget must be activated.

  • You must input at least 1 offical website URL for the properties in the hotel group.

 

How to activate the hotel group Booking Widget

After having met all of the conditions above, please take the following steps:

The local partner sends an activation request to Global Support team (support@hotellinksolutions.com) with the information below:
  • Multi-property Name: The name of the hotel group
  • Multi-property Phone: The main phone number of the hotel group
  • Multi-property Secondary Phone (optional)
  • Multi-property Contact Email: The contact email of the hotel group
  • Multi-property Domain: The main domain that hotel group is using which is the website URL aboveOnce activated, guests will be able to search and book rooms across all properties included in the hotel group.

Once activated, you can access the Booking Widget customization page and customize the hotel group booking widget or each hotel's booking widget.
