'Best Offer for You' Section on Booking Widget
We are introducing a smarter way for travellers to search and book rooms on your Booking Widget, especially guests booking for larger or more complex groups. On top of that, you can now choose which result sections appear on the widget.
What is it?
'Best Offer for You' is a new section that appears at the top of the search results on your Booking Widget. When a guest enters their group size and number of rooms, the system automatically builds the best-value package for the whole group, combining room types or rate plans to fit everyone. Guests only need to tap Select Offer to add the entire package to the Booking Summary. No manual math, no picking rooms one by one.

Alongside this, a new setting group called Search Bar & Result Section lets you decide exactly which sections appear on their Booking Widget. For more details, read this article.
Why you need it
- Built for larger groups: The system combines multiple rooms into one package and automatically assigns any extra guests to the right rooms, so there's no more manual configuration for complex party sizes.
- Always the best value: The offer always prioritises the lowest total price, helping your property stay competitive and reducing the guest's decision-making.
- Flexible rate plan swaps: Guests can replace a rate plan in the package with another option from the same room type, and the package price updates automatically.
- Works alongside existing sections: Best Offer sits next to the familiar Rooms Recommended for You and Other Available Rooms sections, so guests can still book additional rooms from those sections next to their selected offer.
Conditions to show the 'Best Offer for You' section
A Best Offer will only be shown to travellers when it meets all of the following conditions:
- Room count matches exactly: the offer includes the exact number of rooms the guest asked for, no more and no less.
- Enough space for everyone: the rooms in the offer can comfortably fit all adults and children in the group. This also covers cases where children need their own space rather than just sharing an adult's spot.
- Rooms are actually available: the offer only uses rooms that the hotel currently has available, and it will never suggest more rooms of a type than what is in stock.
- Meets the rate plan's restrictions: each rate plan in the offer must still follow its normal booking conditions for those dates, such as minimum/maximum nights, CTA (Closed to Arrival), CTD (Closed to Departure), or release period.
