# ¿Cómo bloquear la disponibilidad de habitaciones?
## La función Parar Ventas finalizará la disponibilidad del plan de tarifas en todas las OTA conectadas, motores de reservas y reservas offline a través de la extranet.
#### Crear una parada de ventas
- Para crear una parada de ventas, siga estos pasos:
- Vaya a Motor de Reservas \> Tarifas y Disponibilidad
- Haga clic en la pestaña "Actualización mensual".
- Haga clic en "Parar ventas" para ver la lista de tipos de habitaciones disponibles y sus planes tarifarios correspondientes.
- Selecciona las fechas o periodo de cada plan tarifario que quieras finalizar.
- Vaya a "Parar ventas" y seleccione On.
- Clic en Guardar.
- Una x roja marcará las fechas bloqueadas en el calendario.
Si sigue los pasos anteriores, impone esta restricción a sus tarifas estándar.
#### Creación de paradas de ventas para canales específicos
Para crear una parada de ventas que se aplique a un canal de ventas específico, siga estos pasos:
- Vaya a Motor de Reservas \> Tarifas y Disponibilidad
- Haga clic en la pestaña "Actualización anual".
- Elige el plan tarifario al que quieres aplicar el Parar Ventas.
- En la lista desplegable "Tarifas estándar", seleccione el canal al que desea aplicar la parada de ventas. Verás un mensaje que indica que estás realizando cambios en el canal específico y cualquier cambio que realices no afectará tus tarifas estándar.
- Selecciona las fechas o periodos de cada plan tarifario que quieras finalizar.
- Vaya a "Parar ventas" y seleccione On.
- Clic en Guardar.
- Una x roja marcará las fechas bloqueadas en el calendario.
Actualmente, sólo puedes actualizar un plan tarifario a la vez usando la opción "Actualización anual". Además, tenga en cuenta que seguir los pasos mencionados anteriormente para agregar una parada de ventas solo restringirá la disponibilidad en el canal seleccionado.
#### Quitar el Parar Ventas
Para eliminar una interrupción de ventas, siga el mismo proceso paso a paso mencionado anteriormente, pero en lugar de seleccionar "On" en "Parar Ventas", seleccione "Off" y haga clic en "Guardar".
