[Reservas](https://help.hotellinksolutions.com/es/motor-de-reservas?hsLang=es#reservas) # ¿Cómo agregar extras a una reserva? ## Los extras son servicios o comodidades adicionales que los huéspedes pueden elegir incluir en su reserva para mejorar su estancia, como el desayuno, traslados o tratamientos de spa. Los extras suelen ofrecerse con un costo adicional y pueden ser seleccionados durante el proceso de reserva o agregados posteriormente, lo que permite a los huéspedes personalizar su estancia según sus preferencias y necesidades. En nuestra extranet, existen dos tipos diferentes de "extras": #### Extras de Reserva Esta opción está disponible para propiedades que utilizan nuestro módulo de motor de reservas. Los "Booking Extras" son una selección de servicios que implican cargos adicionales y pueden reservarse durante el proceso de reserva en línea. Para obtener más detalles, consulta el artículo "¿Cómo crear y gestionar extras?". #### Extras Internos Esta opción solo está disponible para propiedades que utilizan nuestro módulo de Recepción. Los "Extras Internos" son todos los artículos que los huéspedes pueden consumir durante su estancia, como comida y bebidas, servicio a la habitación, artículos del minibar, etc. Estos artículos no se ofrecen para reservar durante el proceso de reserva en línea. #### Agregar extras a una reserva Para agregar servicios adicionales a una reserva, sigue estos pasos: - Ve a Motor de Reservas \> Gestión de Reservas. - Encuentra la reserva específica que deseas actualizar. - Ingresa a la reserva para acceder a la página de Detalles de Reserva. - En la sección de Habitaciones y Extras, haz clic en el menú de 'Acción'. - Selecciona la opción 'Añadir Extra'. - En el cuadro emergente 'Añadir Nuevo Extra', elige el servicio deseado para agregarlo. ![Añadir Extra](https://help.hotellinksolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/A%C3%B1adir%20Extra.png?width=688&height=158&name=A%C3%B1adir%20Extra.png) #### Popup para Agregar Nuevo Extra Ingresa la siguiente información: - Nombre de la Habitación: Asigna el servicio adicional a una habitación específica. - Categoría: Elige la categoría a la que pertenece el servicio adicional. - Ítem de Reserva: Selecciona el ítem adicional. Escoge 'Otros' para ingresar manualmente un ítem adicional personalizado. - Cantidad: Especifica el número de extras que se agregarán. - Valor del Ítem: Muestra el valor del extra de la reserva. - Puede editarse manualmente si es necesario. -
