Para agregar preguntas de check-out, siga estos pasos: - Vaya a 'Motor de Reservas' en el menú Extranet. - Haga clic en ‘Preguntas de Check-out’. - Haga clic en "añadir pregunta en check-out". #### Configuración de preguntas de check-out Al configurar Preguntas de Check-out, puede elegir entre cuatro tipos de preguntas: - Sí o No: los huéspedes pueden seleccionar solo una opción usando los botones de opción. - Área libre: los invitados pueden proporcionar una respuesta en un solo campo de texto. - Campo de texto: los invitados pueden proporcionar una respuesta más elaborada en un campo de texto más grande. - Opción múltiple: los invitados pueden seleccionar múltiples opciones usando casillas de verificación. También puede configurar el tipo de campo como opcional o obligatorio, lo que determina si el huésped debe proporcionar una respuesta para continuar con el proceso de reserva. Además, puede optar por aplicar la pregunta a tipos de habitaciones y planes de tarifas específicos. #### Opciones adicionales **Recopilar el número de teléfono del huésped**: si selecciona "Sí", el campo “Número de teléfono de contacto" será obligatorio durante el proceso de reserva en línea. Si selecciona "No", los huéspedes podrán completar sus reservas sin proporcionar un número de teléfono. **Incluir Preguntas Detalladas**: estas preguntas solicitan la dirección, ciudad, estado y código postal del huésped. Si no necesitas estos datos para la gestión de reservas, te recomendamos desactivar esta opción. Esto simplificará el proceso de reserva y podría aumentar sus tasas de conversión. En este caso, sólo serán necesarios los campos Nombre, Apellidos, Email, Teléfono y País para completar la reserva. #### Editar y eliminar preguntas de check-out Una vez que crees tus preguntas de reserva, aparecerán en el cuadro "Preguntas". Para editar o eliminar una pregunta específica, utilice los iconos correspondientes.
