Esto te ayuda a gestionar las reservas de manera más eficiente y también mejora la experiencia de los huéspedes. Los tipos de habitaciones se refieren a los diferentes tipos de alojamiento que ofreces a tus huéspedes. Un tipo de habitación puede tener varios planes de tarifas, cada uno con su propia configuración de precios, planes de comidas, número de huéspedes, etc. Sin embargo, todos los planes de tarifas bajo un tipo de habitación comparten la misma disponibilidad. Cuando combinas un tipo de habitación con un plan de tarifa, se llama una tarifa de habitación. Crear un nuevo tipo de habitación en el Motor de Reservas no crea automáticamente tipos de habitación o tarifas correspondientes en tus canales conectados o PMS. #### Crear un nuevo tipo de habitación Para crear un nuevo tipo de habitación, sigue estos pasos: - Ve a la sección "Habitaciones" en el Motor de Reservas. - Bajo "Tipos de Habitación", haz clic en "Agregar Nuevo Tipo de Habitación". - Ingresa la siguiente información para el nuevo tipo de habitación: **Nombre**: Ingresa un nombre único para diferenciar el tipo de habitación. **Tipo**: Define el tipo de habitación. Puede ser una habitación regular, una unidad o un dormitorio, que se utiliza comúnmente en hostales. Bungalow, Villa, Apartamento, Cabaña, etc., tienen disponibilidad configurada a nivel de unidad. Habitación: La disponibilidad se establece a nivel de habitación. Dormitorio: La disponibilidad se establece a nivel de cama. **Máximo de Habitaciones Disponibles**: Especifica el límite máximo de habitaciones disponibles para un tipo de habitación particular. Esta cifra indica el número máximo de habitaciones que se pueden reservar simultáneamente. Cuando se utiliza la función Front Desk, debes agregar el total de habitaciones disponibles para establecer la capacidad máxima. **Descripción**: Información sobre lo que hace única a esta habitación, pero común a todos los planes de tarifas bajo este tipo de habitación. **Configuración Máxima de Camas**: Esta opción establece la disposición posible de camas que se pueden asignar al tipo de habitación designado. **Tamaño de la Habitación (opcional)**: Ingresa el tamaño de la habitación en metros cuadrados o pies cuadrados. **Características**: Marca todas las características y comodidades disponibles en la habitación. **Fotos**: Para agregar fotos, puedes arrastrarlas y soltarlas directamente en el recuadro de fotos o usar el signo "+" para cargarlas automáticamente en el sistema. Se recomienda usar archivos originales sin comprimir, ya que el sistema los comprimirá y redimensionará automáticamente al tamaño y dimensiones óptimas. Los formatos admitidos incluyen jpg, png, gif y bmp. Si necesitas reorganizar el orden de las imágenes, simplemente arrástralas y suéltalas en la posición deseada. Para eliminar una imagen, haz clic en el icono "x". Es importante utilizar los campos de Descripción y Etiqueta Alt con cuidado. Las Etiquetas Alt ayudan a los motores de búsqueda a comprender mejor cada imagen, mientras que las Descripciones ofrecen información adicional que puede no ser evidente de inmediato. Por ejemplo, un usuario puede estar interesado en conocer la categoría de habitación de una imagen de habitación o el nombre de un plato en una foto de comida.
