La pestaña Panel de Precios Recomendados de PriceLabs le permite ver y aplicar precios recomendados por el sistema PriceLabs para optimizar los ingresos. Lista todas las combinaciones de habitaciones y planes de tarifas mapeados junto con los valores de precios devueltos por PriceLabs. Incluye recomendaciones de precios mínimos, base y máximos. ### Comprender la tabla del Panel de Precios Recomendados de PriceLabs La tabla del Panel de Precios Recomendados lista todas las combinaciones de habitaciones y planes de tarifas mapeados junto con los datos de precios devueltos por PriceLabs. Los nombres largos se truncan con "…" - pase el cursor para ver el nombre completo. | | **Calendario** | Muestra los precios diarios recomendados por PriceLabs. | | **Revisar precios** | Vea sugerencias detalladas y ajuste su estrategia de precios. | | **LOS Base** | Una estrategia de precios flexible de Noches de Estancia (LOS) que ajusta las tarifas nocturnas según la duración de la estancia del huésped. El sistema mostrará el LOS más bajo de forma predeterminada. | | **Ver todos los LOS** | Lista completa de los Detalles de Duración de Estancia (LOS) y precios recomendados después de aplicar todas las personalizaciones. \- Noches de Estadía (LOS)**:** Duración de la estancia en noches. \- Precio Mínimo: Precio mínimo sugerido para esa duración de estancia. \- Precio Máximo: Precio máximo sugerido para esa duración de estancia. \- Ajuste de LOS: El valor de ajuste que PriceLabs aplica para esa duración de estancia. Debe revisar y actualizar manualmente esta tarifa en la página de Tarifas y Disponibilidad. Para conocer la tarifa base sugerida por PriceLabs, debe hacer clic en Revisar Precios. Para cada fecha puede ver el precio base sugerido por PriceLabs y el número de unidades disponibles.
