Hotel Link Pay Transaction Report

Learn how to use the transactions report to view all your transactions made using Hotel Link Pay.

The Hotel Link Pay Transaction Report provides an overview of all payments made using Hotel Link Pay, including refunds and sales, that were created during a specific time period.

Go access the report navigate to Reports > Hotel Link Pay Transaction Report.

Setting the filters in the report

Here are the fields you can use to generate and narrow down your search:

Merchant: If you manage multiple properties, select the appropriate name from the list.
Text Search: Use this field to search transactions by the guest name or booking reference number.
Transaction Type: Filter transactions by type, 3DS, Cancel, Capture, Refund, Sale, and Wallet.
Transaction Status: Filter by status Canceled, Completed, Declined, Failed, Pending, and Refunded.
Date Type: Choose the criteria for the date range. Check-in date, check-out date, or payment date.
Date Range: Specify the time period for the search.

Understanding the report

The report will show all transactions based on the search criteria:

Reference Number: The booking reference number in the Hotel Link extranet.
Merchant Name: The name of the business that made the transaction.
Card Name: The name of the card holder as submitted during the booking process.
Amount: The value of the transaction.
Currency: The currency of the transaction.
Transaction Type: Refers to the categorization of the transaction, such as Sale, Refund, etc.
Status: Refers to the current state of the transaction, such as Completed, Refunded, etc.
Guest Name: The name of the guest in the Booking Details.
Created On: The date and time (merchant's local time) when the transaction was created.
Payout Date: The date when the earnings from the transaction will be transferred to the merchant's bank account.
