With this setup, travellers paying via OnePay can still use the promotions from OnePay. ### Overview about OnePay OnePay is a Leading Payment Processing Company in Vietnam since 2006, providing payment gateway, payment processing and merchant services. OnePay provides businesses, utility companies, banks a secure and integrated solution package with outsourcing services for electronic payments over various channels such as: the internet, mobile and traditional self – service networks. For more details about OnePay and to sign up, go to [www.onepay.vn](https://extranet.hotellinksolutions.com/www.onepay.vn) ### How to activate OnePay payment method After having an account with OnePay, to activate OnePay payment method, follow the steps below: 1. Log in Hotel Link Extranet. 2. Go to Booking engine \> Setup \> [Payment Methods](https://extranet.hotellinksolutions.com/#/booking-engine/setup/payment-methods/) page 3. Tick the checkbox for OnePay Vietnam (for ATM cards) 4. Fill out the information: - Merchant ID: Account ID provided by OnePay. - Merchant Access Code: Access code provided by OnePay. - Secure Secret: Secure Hash Secret provided by OnePay. - OnePay Surcharge: Set a surcharge fee to process payments via OnePay. In case of no surcharge, enter the value 0. 5. Click 'Save'. Once travellers choose OnePay at checkout page and be redirected to the payment page, they will see a list of all promotions associated with your hotel from OnePay.
