How to display feedback from past guests on your website

Showing reviews and feedbacks from past guests helps build trust and influence new visitors to book with confidence. Follow these steps to display guest feedback on your website

Go to Website > Website Development
On the left menu, choose 'Feedback'.

On this page, please provide the following information:

Intro: The Section Title is what will be used as the page title. The Intro section can be used to display feedbacks from past guests that were received directly, using different tools other than via TripAdvisor.
TripAdvisor Widget (optional): You can input the TripAdvisor app widget here. Then the rank on TripAdvisor and the latest guest reviews about the hotel will be displayed on the website. Here are the instructions how to input the TripAdvisor Widget:

1) On the property's TripAdvisor listing click on the button 'Manage your listing' at the bottom of the page.

2) Navigate to 'Free marketing tools' > 'Display your rating and reviews' > 'Review Snippets'.

3) On the page that opens, customise the TripAdvisor widget, by paying special attention to set the preferred size to wide and to deactivate the write a review link and show border items.

4) Copy the generated code in full into the field below.
