A gallery allows you to highlight your property’s rooms, facilities through high-quality images and videos. A visually appealing and well-organized gallery can capture guests’ attention and increase their confidence when making a reservation.
📌 Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Website > Website Development
- On the left menu, choose 'Gallery'.
- Intro: Enter the title and content to be displayed on the Menu of the website (Photo Library).
- Photos: The Section Title is what will be used as the Photos page title.
- To create different photo albums, click Edit Collections, then click “Add more” to create albums as you like. It is recommended to organize the photos in groups of 10-15 images max, with a common title that applies to all images within the group.
- After creating the album, select the album you want to upload photos by clicking on General, the system will display the albums to choose.
- Drag and drop the image file you want to put into the album.
- To create different photo albums, click Edit Collections, then click “Add more” to create albums as you like. It is recommended to organize the photos in groups of 10-15 images max, with a common title that applies to all images within the group.
- Videos: The Section Title is what will be used as the Videos page title.
To add the video, you can drag and drop the hotel introduction video file here to display on the website.
Note: Enter the full description and alt tag for the images. This helps the search engine “read” the data on your hotel website.
3. Once you're done, click 'Save'.
When the setting is complete, the Gallery option on the left menu will change to tick (complete):
