With our new integration, hotels can now read guests' reviews from OTAs directly through the Hotel Link extranet. This feature helps save time by tracking reviews in one platform and gain better insight into guest experiences.
This feature is currently available only for Expedia and Airbnb. More OTAs will be added soon.
Requirement to use this feature
- To use this feature, the OTA connection must be activated.
- After you have completed the activation, you can follow the steps below to read OTA Review.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in Hotel Link Extranet
- Go to Channel Manager > choose OTA from the main menu
- Then, click the hyperlink to redirect to 'OTA Review' page
- Click 'Get review from OTA' to retrieve the reviews from OTA
- In the popup window, choose the time period for which you want to retrieve the Reviews.
- After clicking 'Confirm', there will be a confirmation.
- Refresh the page and you will see a list of reviews from your OTAs' guests.
- To get the latest updates, you can click 'Refresh' button next to the review.
Once you have activated the 'Reviews from OTA' page as steps above, next time you can check the reviews by this step: go to Channel Manager > Reviews from OTA
- Reply to your guests:
- Click on a review to open the reply box.
- Type your reply in the reply box and click Submit.
