Esta funcionalidade aplica-se às **Configurações do Widget de Reserva** ou ao **Desenvolvimento do Website** (se utilizar a solução Website). ### Benefícios desta funcionalidade **Compreender as necessidades dos hóspedes antecipadamente:** Os hóspedes podem enviar pedidos especiais, questões ou informações importantes logo após a reserva, permitindo que a sua equipa se prepare com antecedência. **Melhorar a experiência do hóspede:** Respostas rápidas e atenciosas fazem os hóspedes sentirem-se bem tratados - aumentando a satisfação e a fidelização. **Reduzir surpresas de última hora:** Saber o que os hóspedes precisam com antecedência ajuda a evitar situações inesperadas no check-in ou durante a estadia. ### Guia Passo a Passo **Para as definições do Widget de Reserva:** - Inicie sessão no Hotel Link Extranet. - Aceda a **Widget de Reserva (Booking Widget) \> Configuração do Widget de Reservas**. - Na coluna 2, faça scroll até ao fim da coluna \> 'Permitir que o hotel receba mensagens do viajante na página de Agradecimento' (Allow hotel to receive message from traveller on Thank You page): ![](https://help.hotellinksolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-06-2026-01-56-35-1457-PM.png?width=670&height=466&name=image-png-May-06-2026-01-56-35-1457-PM.png)  - Para ativar esta funcionalidade, selecione 'Sim' e introduza o e-mail para receber o feedback. ![](https://help.hotellinksolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-06-2026-01-57-13-1185-PM.png?width=435&height=126&name=image-png-May-06-2026-01-57-13-1185-PM.png) - Caso se esqueça de introduzir o e-mail, será exibida uma mensagem de erro conforme indicado abaixo: ![](https://help.hotellinksolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-06-2026-01-57-36-2094-PM.png?width=501&height=206&name=image-png-May-06-2026-01-57-36-2094-PM.png) - Se não pretender utilizar esta funcionalidade, pode selecionar 'Não'.
