# Como utilizar as Mensagens de OTA
## Com a nossa nova integração, os hotéis agora podem enviar mensagens para seus hóspedes de OTA\* diretamente pelo extranet do Hotel Link. Esta funcionalidade simplifica a comunicação com os hóspedes, melhorando os tempos de resposta e ajudando a reduzir cancelamentos.
\*Esta funcionalidade está disponível atualmente apenas para reservas da Expedia e Airbnb. Mais OTAs serão adicionadas em breve.

### Guia Passo a Passo
1\. Fazer login no Hotel Link Extranet
- Acesse o seu Hotel Link Extranet e faça login com suas credenciais.
- Após fazer login, vá para o Gestor de Canais no menu principal.
- Clique em Mensagens de OTAs.
2\. Recuperar Mensagens dos Hóspedes
- Clique no botão 'Obter Mensagens da OTA'.
- Escolha o período de tempo para o qual deseja recuperar as mensagens.
3\. Responder aos Hóspedes
- Você verá uma lista de mensagens dos seus hóspedes da Expedia.
- Clique em uma mensagem para abrir o tópico de conversa.
- Digite sua resposta na caixa de mensagem e clique em Enviar.

- Comunicação Centralizada: Gerencie todas as comunicações com os hóspedes pela mesma interface, reduzindo a necessidade de alternar entre plataformas.
- Tempos de Resposta Mais Rápidos: Respostas rápidas podem aumentar a satisfação dos hóspedes e evitar cancelamentos.
- Reduzir Cancelamentos: Uma comunicação clara e oportuna com os hóspedes está associada a uma redução nos cancelamentos de reservas.
