Search bar & result section on your Booking Widget

Learn how to configure your Booking Widget by showing or hiding the guest filters, Best Offer for You, and Rooms Recommended for You sections, based on what suits your hotel best.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Booking Widget > Booking Widget Customization (or Website > Website Development > Reservation page).
  2. Navigate to Search Bar & Result Sections.
  3. Choose whether to enable Guest Filters on or off.
    • On: Guests can choose the number of adults, children, and rooms directly on the search bar. 
    • Off: Guests will only see the full room list, without the option to filter by adults, children, or rooms.
  4. Once Guest Filters is enabled, result display tabs will show. Under Select Result Display Tabs, choose which sections you want to show to guests after they search:
    • Best Offer For You: combines rate plans into one ready-made package that fits the guest's group at the lowest total price, booked in one click. This captures multi-room and group bookings that guests often abandon when they have to combine rooms themselves, giving you higher-value bookings and increasing your conversion rate.     • Rooms Recommended For You: shows only the rate plans that fit the guest's occupancy and rooms count, so guests don't have to check each room themselves. This helps guests book faster and increases your conversion rate. For more details, read here.

Note: Best Offer For You and Rooms Recommended For You only work when Guest Filters is on. Turning Guest Filters off will automatically turn both sections off as well. These settings only change what is displayed on the Booking Widget, they do not affect pricing, availability, or what guests are able to book.

Once done, click 'Save' to apply your settings. Your Booking Widget will update to reflect the sections you have chosen.
