The 'On Request' feature allows hotels to receive booking requests from guests, even when the availability for a particular room is currently at zero. When a guest makes an 'On Request' booking, they are essentially expressing interest in booking a room that may not be immediately available. The hotel staff needs to confirm the availability and respond to the guest accordingly. #### Key Points 'On Request' enables booking requests for rooms with zero availability.
