How to use PriceLabs Price Feed

This article describes how to read and use the Price Feed tab, where you can view PriceLabs' recommended prices for your mapped rooms and rate plans, and decide how to apply them to your rates.

If you have not activated connection with PriceLabs, please read this article.

What is PriceLabs Price Feed?

The PriceLabs  Price Feed tab allows you to view and apply recommended prices from the PriceLabs system to optimize revenue. It lists every mapped room and rate plan combination together with the pricing figures returned by PriceLabs. It includes minimum, base, and maximum price recommendations and gives you full control over whether those prices are applied automatically or manually.

Understanding the PriceLabs Price Feed table

The Price Feed table lists every mapped room and rate plan combination along with the pricing data returned by PriceLabs. Above the table you will find a currency indicator, a search bar to filter by room name or rate plan, a Refresh button to pull the latest data (available once every 10 minutes), and a How It Works icon that opens help text for the tab.

Column Meaning
Room rate Room name and rate plan, joined by " - ". Long names are truncated with "…"  hover to see the full name.
Calendar

Show daily recommended prices from PriceLabs.
 Review prices

See detailed suggestions and adjust your pricing strategy.
 Base LOS A flexible Length of Stay (LOS) pricing strategy that adjusts nightly rates based on the guest’s stay duration. The system will display the lowest LOS by default. 
 View all LOS

Full list of LOS settings and recommended prices after all customizations are applied.

- LOS Nights: Length of stay in nights.
- Min Price: Minimum suggested price for that length of stay.
- Max Price: Maximum suggested price for that length of stay.
- LOS Adjustment: The adjustment value PriceLabs applies for that length of stay.

For example:
Min price The minimum price PriceLabs recommends for this rate.
Max price The maximum price PriceLabs recommends for this rate.

How to apply suggested base rate from PriceLabs to Hotel Link

Currently, the suggested base rate by PriceLabs is not automatically applied for the rate on Rates and Availability page. You need to review and manually update this rate on the Rates and Availability page.

To know suggested base rate by PriceLabs, you need to click Review Prices. For each date you can see the base price suggested by PriceLabs and the number of available units.

For example: On 20 July 2026, there are 20 available roooms and the suggested base rate by PriceLabs is 6500PHP.
