Bug Fix 🐞 Goibibo & MakeMyTrip
Fixed an issue where cancelled reservation notifications were not being processed correctly
  • Current situation: When Hotel Link receives a booking notification for a cancelled reservation, the system did not correctly handle the cancellation status. As a result, the booking ID was not added to the retrieval queue and Hotel Link never called the API to retrieve the reservation information.
  • Solution: We'ved fixed the booking notification processing logic to correctly handle cancellation statuses, ensuring reservation details are retrieved even when the reservation is already cancelled.
Bug Fix 🐞 Roibos
Fixed an issue where booking timestamps were recorded incorrectly due to wrong timezone handling
  • Current situation: Booking timestamps from Roibos were being recorded incorrectly. The system was not applying the correct hotel timezone from the Roibos response when saving booking dates, resulting in mismatched timestamps.
  • Solution: We'ved fixed the timezone handling logic to correctly apply the hotel's timezone from the Roibos response when saving booking dates, ensuring timestamps are recorded accurately.
Bug Fix 🐞 Booking Details
Fixed an issue where Rate Per Night was not updated when stay dates were modified
  • Current situation: When the check-in or check-out dates of a booking were modified, the item data was not updated to reflect the new stay dates. As a result, the Rate Per Night dates still retained data from the previous dates.
  • Solution: We'ved fixed the logic so that when check-in or check-out dates are changed, the item data and Rate Per Night dates are correctly updated to reflect the new stay dates.
Improvement ⚡ Booking Source
Updated booking source name for Cubicity and KiN Group to Booking Widget
  • Current situation: Bookings from Cubicity and KiN Group were displayed under their respective source names, making it harder for the accounting team to track and calculate booking commissions accurately.
  • Solution: The booking source for Cubicity and KiN Group has been updated to Booking Widget, making commission tracking and reporting more consistent and easier to manage.
New Feature ✨ New OTA Integration
Xperise by UTS Network is now available as a new OTA channel

Hotel Link now supports integration with Xperise by UTS Network, expanding the range of OTA channels available for hotels to connect and manage their inventory, rates, and availability.

New Feature ✨ OTA Reviews
Integrated OTA reviews feature for Booking.com

Hotels can now read guests' reviews from Booking.com directly through the Hotel Link extranet. This feature helps save time by centralising review tracking in one platform and provides better insight into guest experiences.
