New Feature ✨ Payment Method

Added new payment method "PIX" for Brazil

Hotels in Brazil can now enable PIX, the country's most popular instant payment system, as a payment method. This update makes it more convenient for guests to complete their bookings and helps hotels manage payments more easily and accurately.

New Feature ✨ Booking.com Multi-link

Added "Request-Multi Link" button to the Booking.com mapping page for partner role

For Partner role, when receiving Booking.com Multilink requests from hotels, the partner will verify that the accommodation meets the requirements to use multi-link or not. If yes, the partner will submit the multi-link request along with the Property ID by selecting 'Request Multi-link' and entering the Property ID. button.

The approval will then be processed by the Global Support team within 1–3 business days.

Bug Fix 🐞 Detailed Revenue Report & Revenue Report by Booking Sources

Resolved issue with Affiliates search

Current situation: When searching by source Affiliates, the dropdown does not display Aff-Google Free Links even though there are bookings from Aff-Google Free Links. As a result, when filtering by Affiliates, no items are found.
Solution: We've fixed the Affiliates dropdown so that Aff-Google Free Links now appears correctly when searching by source Affiliates. This ensures accurate reporting from this source.

Bug Fix 🐞 Add new payment (Payment log) window

Fixed issue with incorrect calendar display in Payment Date Selection

Current situation: The Payment Date calendar was showing the wrong day of the week compared with the calendar on the laptop/PC.
Solution: We've fixed this bug so that the Payment Date calendar now shows the correct day of the week.

Improvement ⚡ DOKU Payment Gateway

Added customer data when sending information to Doku

Current situation: We do not send any customer information to DOKU. If customer details are not sent, the property name is used instead to be sent to DOKU.
Solution: As required by DOKU, we have updated the integration to include the customer information in the payment request payload. This ensures all necessary customer details are passed correctly to the payment gateway.
