New Feature ✨ Website & Booking Widget
Added a new "Show sold-out rooms" configuration option allowing users to choose whether to display or hide sold-out rooms on the hotel website.

New Feature ✨ Booking widget for hotel group
A new and updated user interface has been introduced for the Booking Widget page, offering a more modern look and improved usability.

New Feature ✨ Channel Manager
The WIHP ID input field is displayed only when switching from GGFL to GGDB, and the user needs to enter it only once. When switching from GGDB back to GGFL, the WIHP ID field is not displayed. This update saves time for both hotel clients and Admin roles.
New Feature ✨ Extranet
This feature provides quick access to the Help Center directly from the top bar, making support resources easier to find. It helps users resolve questions faster without leaving their current workflow.
Improvement ⚡ Booking Widget Calendar
- Current situation: In some scenarios, calendar availability could be displayed inconsistently when certain room restrictions were applied, which affected booking process and guest experience.
- Solution: The availability logic has been enhanced to consistently and reliably check Stop Sell, CTA (Closed to Arrival), CTD (Closed to Departure), and Allotment, improving booking process and ensuring the accurate availability across all conditions.
Bug Fix 🐞 Tiket.com
- Current situation: For bookings received from Tiket.com, the payment method was displayed as "Pay at hotel", which was not accurate to the payment method of Tiket.com.
- Solution: We'v fixed the display logic so the payment method now correctly shows "Tiket handles the payment" for Tiket.com bookings.
Bug Fix 🐞 Mytour
- Current situation: When receiving bookings from Mytour, Hotel Link created duplicate bookings with the same channel reference.
- Solution: We've fixed this bug so that 1 channel reference will only create 1 booking reference accordingly in our system.
Bug Fix 🐞 Booking report
- Current situation: Many bookings from Google Free Links were missing in the Booking Report. This occurred because the booking source was changed from "Aff-Google Free Links" to "Google Free Links" starting on 27 Nov 2025. As a result, bookings that were edited and completed after this date were excluded from the report.
- Solution: We've updated the report logic to correctly recognize the new Google Free Links booking source, ensuring all related bookings are now included in the Booking Report.
