Bug Fix 🐞 Channel Manager
Fixed an issue where the Active Booking Retrieval Auto Job option was turned off by default
  • Current situation: The Active Booking Retrieval Auto Job option was turned off by default, meaning bookings were not being automatically retrieved unless the option was manually enabled.
  • Solution: Fixed the default setting so that the Active Booking Retrieval Auto Job option is now activated by default, ensuring bookings are retrieved automatically without requiring manual intervention.
Improvement ⚡ Billing Management
Updated Billing Management menu for all hotels
  • Current situation: The Billing Management menu display rule was designed for postpaid hotels only, causing the menu to not appear for prepaid hotels.
  • Solution: Updated the display logic to support both postpaid and prepaid hotels, ensuring the Billing Management menu is correctly shown for all applicable hotels.
Improvement ⚡ BE-OTA API
Yield Management rules are now correctly applied to BE-OTA API data
  • Current situation: The rules configured in Yield Management were not being applied to data sent via the BE-OTA API. As a result, rates and availability adjustments were ignored when pushing data to OTA channels, leading to inconsistent pricing and availability between the system and OTA channels.
  • Solution: Updated the BE-OTA API to correctly apply all Yield Management rules when sending data to OTA channels, consistent with how these rules are applied elsewhere in the system.
New Feature ✨ Booking Engine
Added custom extra persons tooltip for Rates page

Users can now customize the extra persons tooltip displayed on the Booking Widget and Website. This gives hotels more control over how extra person policies are presented to guests, ensuring the information is clear and accurate for their property. The custom tooltip will be displayed below the default message. This helps hotels communicate occupancy policies more clearly and avoid guest confusion during booking.

'Rooms Recommended for You' section on Booking Widget

This update introduces a smarter way for guests to search and book rooms on the Booking Widget. Designed to help guests, especially those who book for larger or more complex groups, find the right rooms faster with less guesswork.

New Feature ✨ Booking Engine
Added 'Automatically mark OTA-handled payments as received' setting

A new Automatically mark OTA-handled payments as received setting has been added. When enabled, the system automatically marks the OTAs bookings' payments as "Received" without manual intervention.

Supported OTAs include Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, and more. Hoteliers can select which OTAs this setting applies to. The auto-mark logic only applies when the OTA collects the payment and no card information is provided.
