New Feature ✨ Webhook Notification for Expedia Bookings
Improved the booking retrieval process
- We've enhanced how Expedia bookings are updated in the Hotel Link system. From now on, Expedia will send booking notifications through a webhook, enabling instant updates of booking information in our platform.
- This improvement ensures hotels receive new and modified Expedia bookings faster and more reliably, minimizing delays and ensuring smoother synchronization between Hotel Link and Expedia systems.

Helped hotels clearly understand the payment breakdown and manage transactions more accurately
- A new Payment Instruction section has been added to display the commission details of each booking.

New Feature ✨ Report an Issue for Expedia bookings
Enabled direct communication with Expedia to resolve the issues related to guest requested cancel, modify date, no show and refund
- The Report an Issue feature, previously available for Booking.com bookings, is now extended to Expedia.
- This feature allows hotels to report booking-related issues directly from the system, making it easier to manage and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
