Booking data and actions in the TODOLIST

Learn how to view detailed booking information and perform key actions directly from the To-Do List. This feature helps you manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and room status updates quickly and efficiently.

Overview

Each booking listed in the TODOLIST includes details such as guest name, booking ID, stay dates, room type, payment status, and check-in/check-out status. From this interface, you can perform multiple operations without needing to open separate booking pages.

Booking information display


The TODOLIST shows key information for every booking entry:

  • Booking source: OTAs, Website or Offline bookings.
  • Booking reference: Booking reference from our system and Channel reference.
  • Name & Dates: The guest name and stay dates.
  • Room Number (for hotels using Front Desk): If Front Desk is activated, the room number will now be shown directly on the booking card.
  • The booking status: Confirmed, Operational, No Show, No show with penalty, Completed, Cancelled, Cancelled with penalty, Unsettled, On request.
  • Internal notes: Additional reservation comments/notes.
  • The booking payment: Shows the total booking amount and the outstanding amount

Available Actions

Depending on the tab that you select, you can perform the following actions directly from the TODOLIST:

  • : For Departure, Arrival and New booking tab: This will be check-in or check-out button depending on the tab is Departure or Arrival. When hovering the mouse to this button, it will show the action is to check-in or check-out which reduces mistakes.
  • : For Payment required tab: This button is used to view the payment and charge the booking (if you use Hotel Link Pay) or view card details (if you don't use Hotel Link Pay). In case the booking does not have credit cards, this button will be disabled.
  • : For Housekeeping tab (only for Front Desk users): You can update the room status (Clean, Dirty, or In Progress) directly from the To-Do List. For more details, read "Front Desk and housekeeping integration" article to know how it works.

By handling these tasks in one place, you can save time, reduce manual errors, and keep all booking and room information consistently up to date.
