Improvement ⚡ Channel Manager
Update popup messages when connecting/disconnecting listings for Airbnb
  • Current situation: When connecting or disconnecting Airbnb listings, users must click the corresponding arrow (black to connect, blue to disconnect) to complete the action. However, the popup messages triggered by these arrows were not displaying correctly, leading to confusion.
    • For connected listings (blue arrow): Current message: "This listing is connected to Airbnb. Please stay on the page until it's done."
    • For disconnected listings (black arrow): Current message: "This listing is disconnected to Airbnb. Please stay on the page until it's done."
  • Solution: We've updated the popup messages to match the correct actions:
    • For connected listings (blue arrow): New message: "This listing is being disconnected to Airbnb. Please stay on the page until it's completed."
    • For disconnected listings (black arrow): New message: "This listing is being connected to Airbnb. Please stay on the page until it's completed."

Improvement ⚡ Payment Logs
Adjust two new payment log options
  • Current situation: Currently, the two new payment logs (Card details from guest and Card details from OTA) are not clear enough and may cause confusion for users.
  • Solution: To reduce confusion and make it clearer for users, we've adjusted these 2 new payment logs' field names: Guest Pays on Arrival (with Credit Card Info) and OTA handles the payment (with Credit Card Info). Bookings without card details will continue to show as OTA handles the payment or Guests pay on arrival..

Improvement ⚡ Booking details
Enable 'Send hotelier notification' button for hotelier role
  • Current situation: Booking confirmation emails were only sent when a guest email was available. If the guest email was empty, no notification was sent to the hotelier.
  • Solution: We've improved this by adding a 'Send hotelier notification' button for hotelier roles, allowing hoteliers to manually send an email notification to themselves for booking management.
Improvement ⚡ PMS getbookinglist log
Improve returning OTA commission value to PMS for Booking.com reservations
  • Current situation: Bookings from Booking.com include commission, and the Booking details page correctly shows the commission amount. However, when PMS retrieves the booking from our system, the commission fee is not included.
  • Solution: We've fixed this issue by including the correct commission value in the getbookinglist log when PMS calls to get bookings.
Bug Fix 🐞 Agoda promotion
Agoda promotion channel sync
  • Current situation: Agoda promotions retrieved into Hotel Link did not automatically include their channels applied, causing mismatches with Agoda.
  • Solution: We've fixed this issue so that promotions from Agoda now sync with the right channels applied, making them consistent with what you set up on Agoda.
