Notify HyperGuest
After activating the connection in Hotel Link, send an email to HyperGuest support informing them that the connection is now live. This step helps them start the integration process on their end.
Request credentials
When a new property is set up, HyperGuest team will send an email to Hotel Link Support team requesting credentials:
- Property ID
- Authentication Key
Once completed, you need to access HyperGuest to complete the mapping in HyperGuest's extranet.
Note: Ensure that HyperGuest is activated within Hotel Link before this step, as it allows for automatic data retrieval, which is essential for data connection and synchronization.
Data Connected
Once HyperGuest has the required details, they will automatically pull Availability, Rates, and Inventory (ARI) data and data restrictions (Stop Sell, Min Night, Max Night, CTA/CTD, release period and extra adult/child) directly from Hotel Link. The data will be updated for 720 days.
Testing and Final Approval
HyperGuest will conduct a test booking to confirm that the connection is functioning as expected. Once you verify and approve this test, the setup will be complete, and your property will be ready to receive bookings through HyperGuest.
