Connecting your property to Hyperguest

This article provides a step-by-step guide for Hotel Link clients to connect their property to Hyperguest, enabling direct access to new distribution channels and maximizing booking opportunities.

About Hyperguest

Hyperguest is a dynamic distribution platform that connects hotels directly to a wide range of demand channels, including travel agents, corporate clients, and other booking platforms. By simplifying this connectivity, Hyperguest enables properties to reach new audiences while improving revenue potential. For more information, visit Hyperguest’s website.

Follow these steps to set up your property on Hyperguest through Hotel Link quickly and smoothly:

Log In to Hotel Link Extranet

  • Begin by logging into your Hotel Link extranet account.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the Channel Manager section.
  • In the Channel Manager, locate Hyperguest from the list of channels.
  • Click on Activate to enable the channel.
  • Choose the rate plans you want to make available on Hyperguest, then click Save.

Notify Hyperguest

After activating the connection in Hotel Link, send an email to Hyperguest support informing them that the connection is now live. This step helps them start the integration process on their end.

Initial Information Required

When a new property is set up, Hyperguest will send an introductory email to Hotel Link requesting:

  • Property ID
  • Authentication Key

Note: Ensure that Hyperguest is activated within Hotel Link before this step, as it allows for automatic data retrieval, which is essential for room and rate synchronization.

Automated ARI Data Retrieval

Once Hyperguest has the required details, they will automatically pull Availability, Rates, and Inventory (ARI) data directly from Hotel Link. This automated sync relies on accurate rate and room codes in Hotel Link.

Manual Code Follow-Up

If for any reason the data doesn’t sync automatically, Hyperguest may reach out to request the room and rate codes. You can provide this information with assistance from:

  • Your local agent or
  • The Hotel Link global support team

Testing and Final Approval

Hyperguest will conduct a test booking to confirm that the connection is functioning as expected. Once you verify and approve this test, the setup will be complete, and your property will be ready to receive bookings through Hyperguest.

For additional support, please reach out to the Hotel Link support team or your local representative to ensure a smooth connection process.
