# Create bookings via Hotel Link app
## This guide will walk you through the process of creating bookings using the Hotel Link Hotelier App.
#### Log in to the Hotel Link Hotelier App
1\. Open the Hotel Link Hotelier App on your mobile device.
2\. Enter your username and password.
3\. Tap the "Log In" button.
#### Access the Booking Section
1\. Once logged in, navigate to the main menu.
2\. Select "Create New Booking" option from the list.
#### Create a New Booking 1\. For a recurring guest, search for the guest using their name or email.
2\. For a new guest, click "Add new guest" and enter their details: Name and Information.
3\. Wit the guest details added, click "Next".
4\. Select the booking check-in/out dates, booking source and any internal notes.
5\. Click "Next".
#### Confirm Booking Details
1\. Select the room type / rate plan in the Booking Item dropdown.
2\. Yon can allocate the room, review the number of adults/children and rates.
2\. Click "Save".
#### Booking Confirmation
1\. Once the booking is saved, a confirmation screen will appear.
2\. Tap the "Edit Booking" button to make any necessary changes to the booking details.
3\. If the guest's email address is provided, the app will automatically send a confirmation email to the guest.
