[Calendario](https://help.hotellinksolutions.com/es/front-desk?hsLang=es#calendario) # ¿Cómo configurar y editar nombres de habitaciones en el calendario? ## La numeración o nomenclatura de las unidades de habitación permite una gestión eficiente de las reservas, los horarios de limpieza, el mantenimiento y las solicitudes de los huéspedes. #### ¿Cómo se llama la habitación? Un "nombre de unidad de habitación" generalmente se refiere a un identificador, etiqueta o designación específica asignada a habitaciones o unidades individuales dentro del hotel. Esto es diferente del nombre del tipo de habitación en la configuración de la habitación en el motor de reservas. Estos nombres se utilizan para diferenciar y categorizar cada habitación, lo que facilita que los huéspedes, el personal y la gerencia identifiquen y administren las habitaciones de manera efectiva. Los nombres de las unidades de habitación pueden incluir códigos alfanuméricos, números u otros identificadores que representen de forma única cada habitación, como "101", "Suite A", etc. #### ¿Cómo configurar y editar nombres de habitaciones? Los nombres de unidades de habitación predeterminados en el calendario se generarán automáticamente en función del nombre del tipo de habitación. Por ejemplo, si hay 3 unidades de "Habitación estándar", el Front Desk nombrará las unidades como "Habitación estándar 1", "Habitación estándar 2" y "Habitación estándar 3". Para editar los nombres de las salas en el Calendario, siga los pasos a continuación: - Navegue hasta Calendario en Front Desk. - Pase el cursor sobre el nombre de la unidad ambiental. - Haga clic en el icono de llave inglesa. -
