A Google Analytics property account is created for all Hotel Link clients using our website module solution. A weekly summary is accessible directly in our extranet, and you are granted access to the full dataset directly from the Google Analytics platform. Here's how to access it:
In the extranet
An integration between the Hotel Link extranet and Google Analytics enables hotels to view weekly statistics of key metrics directly within the extranet. If you are using our website module, simply navigate to 'Website > Google Analytics' in the extranet. The weekly summary will display statistics for Pageviews, Visitors, Traffic Source, Engagement, Top Keywords, and Top Referrers.
Directly on Google Analytics
Hotel Link offers hotels in-depth reports through direct access to their Google Analytics account. To gain access, hotels must provide a Google email address which will be authorized for entry. Upon receiving permissions, you will be notified via email, and you can then view the complete report by logging in with your email details at https://analytics.google.com/.
Additionally, all our Google Analytics properties are upgraded to the latest version, Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Clients with direct access to Google Analytics will receive a monthly report in PDF format directly to their email. Please contact your Local Partners or our Global Support team if you still don't have access to the full statistics.
