What is housekeeping function?
Housekeeping is a necessary aspect of any accommodation’s daily operation. It involves the task of keeping room status checked and ensures that they are clean to be ready for guest stays. This operational task needs to be well taken care of in order to provide guests with the most comfortable service experience.
How to add and edit housekeepers
To add and edit housekeepers, please take the following steps:
- Go to Housekeeping under Front desk tab.
- Select ‘Edit housekeepers’ option to add or edit your housekeepers list.
- Click ‘add more’. Then enter your housekeepers’ name and phone number.
- For editing housekeeper list, you can choose options:
- Remove: To delete a housekeeper’s contact, click the recycle bin next to the housekeeper's name.
- Add more: To add another housekeeper to the list.
- Click ‘Save’.
