How to create a 'Pay Stay Deal' special offer?

A 'Pay Stay Deal' often known as a 'Stay X Nights, Pay for Y Nights' allows guests to receive additional nights for free when they book a specific number of consecutive nights.

A Pay Stay Deal is a special offer that provides guests with one or more free extra night(s) under the condition that they stay for a minimum number of nights. It is essential to specify both the number of days the guest pays for and the number of nights they receive for free.

For example, a typical Pay Stay Deal might be: "Stay 3 Nights, Pay for 2 Nights." In this case, if a guest books a three-night stay, they would only be charged for two nights, effectively receiving the third night for free.

This type of offer is designed to encourage longer stays and increase occupancy during off-peak periods. It's a win-win situation where guests get an additional value, and hotels fill their rooms for extended periods.

How to create up a Pay Stay Deal offer?

  • In the left menu, select '+ new special offer.'
  • Provide a brief and clear name for the offer.
  • Select the special offer type: Pay Stay Deal.
  • Specify the number of nights the traveler pays and the number of nights the traveler receives for free. Please note that the number of nights the traveler receives must be greater than the number of nights the traveler pays.
  • Cumulative Deal: A cumulative deal determines whether the offer remains valid when the guest selects a different number of nights than the default nights set in the deal.
