The traveler won't be asked for payment during the booking process. Payment has to be defined and settled directly with the guest after the booking is completed.
Capture credit card details and process manually
The traveler enters their credit card details during the booking process to confirm the reservation, and the system securely stores these details, including the cardholder's name, card number, security code, and expiration date. Credit card payments need to be manually processed through a payment terminal or EFTPOS terminal.
You can establish a surcharge fee (either a percentage or a specific amount) for each accepted card. The accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, OCA, Hipercard, and Elo.
Bank Transfer
The hotelier provides the traveler with the necessary bank account details during the booking process, and the traveler is then responsible for completing the payment through a transfer or manual bank deposit.
