Learn how to assess the performance of your booking sources using the 'Revenue by Booking Sources' report.
The 'Revenue Report by Booking Sources' will enable you to view the revenue breakdown for each booking source, including all OTAs connected to your property via the Channel Manager. The report presents two different views based on the selected date range.
Single month view
The report will display a single-month view when a specific month is selected in the date range fields. In this view, the report will show the total revenue generated by each source for each day of the month.
Multiple months view
The report will display a multi-month view when the selected date range spans more than one month. In this scenario, the report will present the total revenue per month for each booking source.
Currency
The Revenue Report by Booking Sources can be generated in 30 different currencies.
Booking sources
The sources can be categorized as follows: offline, affiliates, website, widget, mobile, channel manager (with a breakdown of connected OTAs), Facebook, Tripadvisor, and The Travel Revolution.
Report formula
The system will generate the report using data from bookings with statuses such as 'Completed', 'Confirmed', 'Canceled with Penalty', and 'No-show with Penalty'. The revenue amount considered for the report is the booking amount after taxes and fees.
