Conversion triggers on a website are specific elements and features designed to influence visitors to take a desired action, typically leading to a conversion. Here are the two types of website conversion triggers available in the extranet. #### Best Rate Guarantee Badge  This option adds a Best Rate Guarantee badge to the booking widget on your website. By guaranteeing the best rate on your website you can increase the number of direct bookings considerably. To activate the 'Best Rate Guarantee Badge': For website users: Website \> Website Development \> Conversion Triggers. For Booking Widget users: Booking Widget \> Conversion Triggers. When the badge is activated, users will see the following message on the widget.  *"We guarantee the best rate when you book directly with \. In case you book direct and find a cheaper price for the same offer within 24 hours on another public channel we will match the rate you’ve found and give you a further 10% discount. This discount is presented in a pop-up box when travelers are on the verge of leaving the website. This option is only available for website users, to activate it go to: Website \> Website Development \> Conversion Triggers. Once activated, hotels can configure the following settings: - Extra Rate Discount: Define the discount percentage or a flat amount. - Only Apply To: Select the rate plans to which the instant discount will be applied. -
