The Daily Revenue Report provides a comprehensive overview of the revenue generated across all room types. The report formula takes into account the booking statuses of 'Operational,' 'Completed,' and 'Canceled/No-show with Penalty.'
In addition to presenting the room revenue, this report provides insights into several other key metrics. These include 'Room Night,' 'Occupancy,' 'Average Daily Rate,' 'Revenue per Available Room,' 'Extras Revenue,' 'Total Revenue,' and the overall 'Revenue per Available Room.'
To access the Daily Revenue Report, navigate to Reports > Daily Revenue Report. Additionally, you can conveniently view data for a specific channel by selecting it in the 'Source' field.
Report Data
- Room Revenue: Total amount generated from the sale of rooms.
- Room Night: Total number of room nights based on booking count.
- *Occupancy: The ratio between occupied rooms and available rooms.
- ADR (Average Daily Rate): Room revenue divided by the number of rooms sold.
- *Revpar (Revenue Per Available Room): Total room revenue divided by the number of physical rooms.
- Extras Revenue: Total revenue from Extra Services and In-house Extras.
- Total Revenue: The sum of Room Revenue and Extra Revenue.
- *TRevpar (Total Revpar): Total Revenue divided by the number of physical rooms.
- * Data available only for properties using the Front Desk module.
Report Rules
- Room Revenue and Extras Revenue will not include taxes and fees.
- Extras must be assigned to a room for them to be included in the calculation of Revpar and Trevpar.
- Booking extras: All revenue from extras is accounted for on the first day of the reservation.
- After the check-in date, any booking extras that are added will be counted on the day they were added.
- In-house extras are included in the calculation on the day they are/were added to the booking.
Export the report
You can export the results as a .xlsx file to view in Excel or similar software.
