How Contact page works

The Contact page lets guests easily get in touch with you via a form, email, or phone. Messages submitted through the form are sent to your registered email for quick response.

📌 Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Website > Website Development
  2. On the left menu, choose 'Contact'.

On this page, please provide the following information:

  • Intro: Enter the Section title and content of contact information. This content will appear
    on the Contact page of the website.
  • Email for Contact Form: Set the email used to receive contact forms from travellers from the Contact page on the website. The system automatically enters the email address which has been already entered in the Setup step into the “Email for Contact Form” field. 

    If you want to add another email, click on add new email. The email addresses set here will receive travellers' forms sent via the Contact page on the website.
  • Activate the consent box for the contact form: The consent box helps demonstrate consent for privacy regulations, such as the EU's GDPR and CASL. Define if you want to activate the consent box for the contact form on the hotel website.

Besides, once a traveller submits requests via contact forms, it will generate a Contact report and you can download that report. For more details, click here.
