How Payouts work for Brazil properties

If your property is based in Brazil, there are a few things to know about how Kovena handles payouts. Besides processing payments in BRL, the main difference is the payout schedule - which depends on the processing rate applied to your transactions. 

Two rates, each with its own disbursement rule

Kovena offers two rates for Brazil, and each comes with its own disbursement rule:

At 5.3%: Weekly payout: After your guest checks out, the payouts will be paid weekly to your account.

At 3.5%: Weekly payout. To receive your payouts, two conditions must both be met:

  1. 30 days have passed since the transaction date, AND
  2. The guest has already checked out.
