Step-by-step guide
For Booking Widget settings:
- Log in Hotel Link extranet.
- Navigate to Booking Widget > Booking Widget Customization
- In column 2, scroll down to the end of the column > 'Allow hotel to receive message from traveller on Thank You page':
- To activate this feature, tick 'Yes' and then you have to input the email to receive the feedback.
- In case you forget to input the email, there is an error message as below:
- If you don't want to use this feature, you can tick 'No'.
- To activate this feature, tick 'Yes' and then you have to input the email to receive the feedback.
If you're using our Website: Go to Website > Website Development> Reservations > Allow hotel to receive message from traveller on Thank You page. After that, repeat the steps as above.
Once you have activated this feature, the travellers can send a message to you after they have successfully made a booking as below:
