With our new integration, hotels can now message their OTA* guests directly through the Hotel Link extranet. This feature simplifies guest communication, improving response times and helping reduce cancellations.
* This feature is currently available only for Expedia bookings. More OTAs will be added soon.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to Hotel Link Extranet
- Navigate to your Hotel Link Extranet and log in with your credentials.
- Once logged in, go to Channel Manager from the main menu.
- Click on Messages from OTAs.
- Click on the ‘Get Messages from OTA’ button.
- Choose the time period for which you want to retrieve messages.
- You will see a list of messages from your Expedia guests.
- Click on a message to open the conversation thread.
- Type your response in the message box and click Send.
