The 'Revenue Report by Room Types' will enable you to view the revenue breakdown for each room type of your property. The report presents two different views based on the selected date range.
Single month view
The report will display a single-month view when a specific month is selected in the date range fields. In this view, the report will show the revenue per day with the dates and the revenue for each room type.
Multiple months view
When more than one month is selected, the report will show the total revenue per month for each room type.
Currency
The Revenue Report by Room Types can be generated in 30 different currencies.
Room types
You can choose one or multiple room types from the selection dropdown to display the corresponding revenue report data.
Report formula
The system will generate the report using data from bookings with statuses such as 'Completed', 'Confirmed', 'Canceled with Penalty', and 'No-show with Penalty'. The revenue is the amount before taxes and fees and is based on the booking check-out date.
