The Website Reservation Page Settings allow you to customize how the booking page looks and functions on your website. These settings help enhance user experience, reflect your brand identity, and encourage more direct bookings from visitors.
What is Reservation page?
A Reservation Page is the section of your website where guests can check availability, select room types, view prices, and make a booking.
In this article, we will show you how to customize the reservation page to match your branding and your demands.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Website > Website Development
- On the left menu, choose 'Reservation'. The default screen will look as below:
However, depending on the release version that you choose in Settings page, the (2) color customization fields will change accordingly.
(1): Intro: Enter the title and introduction content which is displayed on the Reservation page.

- Search Bar Background: The Filter Bar Background color applies to the bar where the check-in, check-out, currency, language and promo code fields appear on the booking widget, set as the background color under the elements and text.
- Search Bar Text: The Filter Bar Text color applies to the all text in the bar where the check-in, check-out, currency, language and promo code fields appear on the booking widget.
- Currency Bar Background: The Currency Bar Background color applies to the background color of promo code and currency fields.
- General Elements: The Elements color applies to the max guest icon, tooltip icons, inactive Book Now button, bullets used as separators, and crossed price for specials.
- Calls to Action: The Calls to Action color applies to the special offer title and to the alert messages 'x others viewing this accommodation right now' and 'x rooms left at'.
- Highlighted Features: The Free Cancellation colour applies to text used when a free cancellation policy applies to a rate plan.
- Room Box Background: Set the background color for the area that displays available rooms on the booking widget.
- Room Box Border: Set the border color that outlines each room box on the booking widget.
(3): Other settings: This section includes settings on reservation page as you would like the rate plans to appear on that page. For example: hide rooms, show rooms that have Special Offers applied, manage the default number of nights, etc.
- Days Out: Sets the default date from today when a user first lands on the booking widget page.

- For example: Today is 22 May 2025, Days out = 3. When the user first lands on the booking widget page, the check-in date will be 25 May 2025.
- Nights Selected: Sets the default nights that a user will have pre-selected between the check-in date and check-out date.
- Promote Specials: Pushes all Special Offers to the top of the booking widget page.
- Hide Selected Rooms: Define the rate plans that should not be listed on the booking widget. For more details, click here.
- On Request Rooms: Defines if the rate plans with 0 availability are displayed to the user on the booking widget for On Request bookings. When an On Request booking is made, the guest has to wait for the hotelier to confirm availability. For details, click here.
- Rate Plans Order: Define to set the display of Rate Plan:
- System order: Sort by the systematic rate on the extranet.
- Alphabetically: Sort by name of rate plan from A to Z.
- Price from Low to high: Sort by room rate from the lowest to the highest.
- Price from High to Low: Sort by room rate from the highest to the lowest.
- Restricted Rooms: The restricted rooms are rooms that we still have allotment but travellers cannot book because some conditions are not met like: min night, max night, CTA, CTD, or release period. For more details how this feature works, read here.
- Adult and Child Filters: Define if you wish to show the filter for the number of Adults and Child on the booking widget and search widget.
- Currency: Sets the default currency automatically displayed when user opens the booking widget page. If the currency selected is different than the rates currency defined at the booking engine settings page, the booking widget will use the currency exchange tool by Oanda using the latest exchange rate available.
Once you're done, click 'Save'.
When the setting is complete, the Home option on the left menu will change to tick (complete):
