How to reset your extranet password?

Forgot your password? Don't worry, resetting it is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps.

If you need to reset your password:

• Go to the login page.
• Click on "Forgotten your details?"
• Enter your email address in the Retrieve Login Details pop-up.
• Make sure the correct email address is entered.
• Click Send.
• Check your email inbox for a message from our support team containing your new password.

To change your password:

• Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to access the Settings pop-up.
• Enter your current password.
• Type in your new password and confirm it.
• Click the circle arrow icon for a randomly generated password.
• You can also update your name, email, or username.
• Save your changes by clicking on Save.
