When managing reservations, there are occasions when you need to check if there are any changes from the guest, OTA, or hotel staff. Hotel Link provides you with a tool to check the activity logs to ensure transparency.
What is an activity log?
An activity log is a written record of all actions taken in a specific period of time. This record shows actions that created changes to the reservations (the check-in and check-out date, room allocation, booking extras, and so on).
The purpose of activity logs
With activity logs, it is easier and more convenient for you to manage the booking data. You can find out which user performed the activity and at what time. If any problem occurs, you can check activity logs to identify the cause immediately.
How to check activity logs
To check activity logs, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Booking Management under the Booking Engine tab (or under Front Desk tab if you use Front Desk).
