Steps to create a profile in Guest Management
To create a profile in Guest Management, please take the following steps:
- Navigate to the Guest Management under the Booking Engine tab.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ option and choose ‘Add new guest’.
- A guest profile window appears and you need to fill out the mandatory fields (*) to complete the guest profile. Besides, you can add some guest preferences to arrange suitable rooms or give offers to them. This action can help increase guest satisfaction and experience.
If the email has been used before, the system will notify as below:
This notification helps you avoid mistakes in guest information storage.
- Click ‘Save’.
Edit a guest profile:
To edit a guest profile, please follow these steps:
- On Guest Management page, you can:
- Search guest by name or email
- Filter the guests’ profiles by alphabet
- Then click on the wrench icon next to the guest profile to edit the guest profile.
