How to create in-house extras?

In-house extras is only available for properties using our Front Desk. Similar to booking extras, but are primarily used to create a list of all internal consumption items.

Create an in-house extra

  1. Navigate to Front Desk > In-house Extras.
  2. Click on 'Add new in-house extra' located at the upper right of the page.
  3. A popup titled 'Add New Item' will appear. Enter the name of your Booking Extra.
  4. Choose the category for the extra. By default, they are all created under the General category.
  5. If needed, click on 'Edit Categories' to modify existing categories or add new ones.
  6. Enter the price of the extra and any applicable tax.
  7. Click on 'Save' to finalize.

Add a in-house extra to a booking

To add extra services to a booking, follow these steps:

    • Go to Booking Engine > Booking Management.
    • Find the specific booking you wish to update.
    • Enter the reservation to access the Booking Details page.
    • In the Rooms & Extras section, click on the 'Action' menu.
    • Choose the option 'Add new extra'.
    • In the 'Add New Extra Item' popup, select the desired service to add.
