SMS notification for new bookings

How to set up the SMS notification for new bookings.

To receive SMS notifications every time a new booking is made, you can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Booking Engine > Setup > Settings.
  2. Input your mobile number with the country code in the ‘Mobile Number for SMS Booking Notification’ field.
  3. Click on the ‘Send test SMS‘ button.

Your mobile number will receive an SMS notification for new bookings. This service is unlimited and only works for direct bookings made through the website, mobile, booking widget, and Facebook. Bookings made via channel manager will not receive an SMS notification.

Please note: Only mobile numbers are supported.

The Send Test SMS can be made up to 3 times a day.
