We are thrilled to introduce our latest feature: the TODOLIST! Designed to optimize daily operations, minimize manual tracking, and improve guest management, resulting in a more efficient and seamless experience.
This feature will be available directly on the Dashboard for all users, making it easier than ever for hotels to manage daily bookings efficiently.
What is TODOLIST?
TODOLIST is a powerful new feature designed to help hotels streamline their daily operations. It simplifies task management, reduces the need for manual tracking, and enhances guest management, leading to a more efficient and seamless experience.
By integrating the TODOLIST into daily workflows, you can boost productivity, enhance service quality, and create a well-organized, guest-focused environment.

With TODOLIST feature, it offers you numerous advantages to manage tasks more efficiently and improve guest experiences. Here’s how this feature can benefit your hotel:
- Streamline daily operations: By keeping track of pending and completed tasks, you can optimize workflows, reduce delays, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Reduce manual tracking: Keep track of bookings with new, payment required bookings in one place, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Improve productivity and efficiency: With this new feature, you can reduce human errors for check-in/check-out task, improve guest satisfaction, and manage bookings more easier.
How It Works
The TODOLIST will show the information as below:
The header:
- Date filter: This filter is to generate bookings to show for To-do list.
- There are 3 options:
- Today: show booking data today
- Yesterday: show booking data yesterday
- Tomorrow: show booking data tomorrow
- There are 3 options:
- Retrieve data: This filter is to re-load the data. Whenever you use this button, you can only retrieve after every 5 minutes. During these 5 minutes, the button will be disabled and show the remaining time to retrieve data.
- Booking Management: This button helps you navigate to the Booking Management page easier and faster in a new tab.
- Search bar: This filter is to search for the bookings faster by entering the Channel or Booking reference. The system will generate the matched bookings with the keywords:
If you cannot find the booking you want in the search results, you can click 'Search directly in Booking Management' for more results.
- Create new booking: This button helps you go to create a new booking page to save time.

Stay on top of your daily tasks with these tabs:
- Departure: This tab shows the bookings have check-out dates today.
- Arrival: This tab shows the bookings have check-in dates today.
- New Booking: This tab shows the bookings are made today, including bookings from OTAs, website.
- Payment Required: This tab shows bookings needing payment today or overdue.
Each tab shows today by default, but you can adjust to view past or future dates.
The list will summarize the booking details with the following data:
- Booking source: OTAs, Website or Offline bookings.
- Booking reference: Booking reference from our system and Channel reference (if booking is from OTA)
- The guest name and stay dates
- The booking status: Confirmed, Operational, No Show, No show with penalty, Completed, Cancelled, Cancelled with penalty, Unsettled, On request.
- Internal note
- The booking payment: it shows the total booking amount and the outstanding amount
- Button:
: For Departure, Arrival and New booking tab: This will be check-in or check-out button depending on the tab is Departure or Arrival. When hovering the mouse to this button, it will show the action is to check-in or check-out which reduces mistakes.
: For Payment required tab: This button is used to view the payment and charge the booking (if you use Hotel Link Pay) or view card details (if you don't use Hotel Link Pay). In case the booking does not have credit cards, this button will be disabled.
The footer:
Related Report: This field will generate depending on the tab you are using:
- For Departure tab: it shows Departure List Report
- For Arrival tab: it shows Arrival List Report
- For New booking and Payment required tab: there is no related report
- For No data tab: there is no related report
For convenience, you can easily download the related report file with the button next to Related Report line.
